As a matter of fact, the first time he came out, he looked and told us we had some damage, … More but nothing extensive enough to be concerned about. 1 month later, we had a big storm that warranted a replacement. Jimmy has been there every step of the way from meeting with the adjusters to monitoring the roof and gutter replacement.
They were so good, we recommended them to our daughter who lives nearby.
Good to know we have a trustworthy roofer to put in the contact list. -

Integrity first construction just finished repairing my house roof. It got the hail damage some time early this year but I did not notice the damage till Chad stopped by and pointed out to me last June 2023. We processed the claim to my … More insurance co but they refused paying for the repair at first after initial inspection, but Chad from Integrity did mot back down but pursued the task tirelessly with his team till early week of Dec.. The insurance company finally agreed to pay for the roof repair. They came in around 6:00am and completed their job around 4:00pm. It was very fast job completion and did the job flawlessly. I am a happy customer of the Integrity First Construction and am willing to recommend to anyone who needs his or her house roof repair. Thanks, Chad and crew members!

Even before we had committed to them, they volunteered to be present when the insurance adjuster came to make sure everything was properly included.
All of their work crews were thorough and diligent and we are very satisfied with the results.

Chad and the team immidiately recognized a manufacturer production issue and quickly took care of it! He even made sure clean up was perfect as we have young children and livestock. They were on time, did great work and cleaned up the mess afterward. Tedd went above and beyond to help us with our roof, and also helping insulate a room with a vaulted ceiling that had no attic access. My experience with my first roof replacement was not pleasant, and therefore I was skeptical of roofers and had a well-known local … More roofer in mind.When approached by Ted from Integrity First Construction, I was upfront about my concerns with my past experience and already had a roofing company in mind. With that in mind, Ted still took the opportunity to show me the roof damage with photos, as well as point out the non-roof items damage. Ted even offered placing a sign in front yard to stop the constant door banging. Integrity First Construction was a local company up the road from me.After reviewing both estimates from Tedd and another roofing company, it was clear Ted would take care of all my weather damages.
